An early handoff load balancing scheme is proposed, which furthermore can coordinate with various Call Admission Control (CAC) schemes. This study developed a load adjusting plan that empowers exchange of some portion of heavy load in a base station to the others utilizing the coverage between base stations in remote cell frameworks. The proposed plot diminishes the new Call Blocking Probability (CBP) and handoff Call Dropping Probability (CDP), and furthermore increases the resource utilization of remote frameworks. Since the arrangement is initiated by a connection request got by the base station, it immediately reflects the loading of the base station. The effectiveness of the Load Balancing Early Handoff Scheme (LBEHS) is demonstrated by coordinating it with Enhanced Dynamic Multiple-Threshold Bandwidth Reservation (EDMTBR) to improve the call affirmation control function. The simulation results show that the proposed plan can satisfactorily improve the remote framework resource utilization. The prediction-based handoff mechanism decreases the packet loss and improves the performance.

 
 

Wireless is an imperative part in the advanced world because of its mobility and flexibility with more than 3.2 billion users now; and a hundredfold increment of traffic is expected in the near future. Homes and offices are anticipated to be overwhelmed by an assortment of interactive media service. As the use and convenience of the Internet increases, the requirements for various network services tend to diversify (Cai, 2010).

New mobile communication services are used not just for conventional voice-based services, but also for multimedia applications. Subsequently, it is essential to use assets properly to meet different traffic attributes, for example, transfer speed, postpone time and call drop likelihood. Cell arranges ordinarily utilize handoff when a cell phone is moving from the present serving cell to another cell keeping in mind the end goal to give constant correspondence. Handoff can be asked for by the cell phone or by the base station. A failed handoff technique may come about because of a base station dropping the call for different reasons, e.g., absence of resources; it will constrain end of the correspondence in advance. Two critical considerations in the Quality of Service (QoS) of remote cell systems are handoff Call Dropping Probability (CDP) and new Call Blocking Probability (CBP) (Ling et al., 2009).
